ORDER GUIDELINES
BRICK AND MORTAR SHOPS ONLY
We love working with and supporting independent shops! Many of our customers are surfers, so our products do especially well at local surfshops.
We only allow resale of our products in physical, brick and mortar shops and stores. We don’t accept wholesale orders for online shops or marketplaces.

Our wholesale shop is separate from our retail website. Customer accounts are not shared between our wholesale and retail sites.
AVAILABILITY
Items from our permanent collection are generally available year-round, but it is possible to have supply disruptions or just run out of a certain origin. This is coffee after all!

We accept wholesale orders from January through late November.
QUANTITY REQUIREMENTS
We have an order minimum of 12 bags per origin. However, additional quantities do not need to be in increments of 12 – you can order 15, 20, etc.
PAYMENT TERMS
We require payment in advance through our invoice. Payments are processed by credit card or PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted.
PROCESSING TIME
Processing time may vary, but we try to ship wholesale orders within 3-5 business days. We apologize if it takes longer and will try to let you know if there are any inventory shortages or delays.
SHIPPING
Wholesale orders are typically shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 days of shipment.
Proximity to our roaster in Temecula, CA affects delivery costs and times!
